Touchless car wash any good?

Has anyone come across these touchless car washes locally? There are a few making an appearance in Cork. Also a fragrance dispenser for the car mats. Any good I wonder?

That ones in bandon. Another one up in graunabragher direction according to some lads at work. Seems like a good idea to not scratch your paint.

How do they work? Foam with a TFR and use jets of air to blow it all off with the aim of taking dirt with it? Then high pressure rinse?
