Mbc or ebc for forester

Hi all.new to all this and just wanting to find some help with this.
I've a 2001 forester s turbo with tdo4 turbo and wrx injectors and was wondering can i up the boost from 0.5 bar to 0.8 bar because i read there is a fuel cut at 0.85.
If i can up the boost which would be better mbc or ebc?
Any help is grateful.

the 2001 forester turbo used the same injectors as wrx. yellow 440cc side feed.

so only mod really is turbo from td03 to td04.
