B4 intake air temp?

Bought a b4 off BigRig at the weekend, needs few bits and pieces but nothing major.
Have a o2 sensor to fit, but plugged into it yesterday and reasing data the intake air temp is -40. Car judders under load from about 3rd gear up aswell, feels like fuel being cut.

Wondering is the air temp built into the maf or is it seperate somewhere?

having a same issue 2000 rec c b4. the temp fault coming up. try reset with softwer but no luck
drives ok once the temperature gone up ( after 5km) but before shutters on low rev
should i invest a 3rd original part ( new)
