I have a mate that breaks bikes so parts not an issue ,just the how to is my problem

You'll need a manifold, bike carbs and prob the bike fuel pump aswell. Also you will prob need engine management like megajolt/megasquirt.

The carbs will also need to be rejetted to suit a car application rather than the bike! Bogg bros in uk do full kits including custom manifolds! Bike throttle bodies are another option too

Throttle bodies not be far easier ?
A mate of mine just fitted Toyota levin throttle bodies to a 2 litre Toyota engine. The car runs with with a factory map sensor so it runs also on the factory ecu . Wouldn't be running 100% obviously but it does the job.
He did the same with a 1.6 8valve 106 engine and it made 120hp

Throttle bodies a much better job if ecu is mappable.
Fuel injection always better than carbs,
More power and better mpg

Problem I have is the ford eec v is very hard to map don't think many get into them

you would need piggy back or aftermarket ecu.
what are you running 2.0Zetec?

Running 1.7 vct puma seanie

Nah not for a track car. I just want 20-30 more bhp if I turbo it it would spend all day spinning wheels as strange as it may sound it would be quicker on track without the turbo

if its the same block as the 1.6cvh/zetec bored out then you can get lsd box's relatively cheap from s1/s2 rs turbo escort.
I built 200bhp mk2 fiesta with series 2 turbo engine. sold it for peanuts because had no time to drive and the auld lad was using it as a parts bench.
it was a bullet, quicker than my Scooby in the dry. I have the number of the guy who bought it, he is third owner since I sold it.
IT has sierra cosworth disc conversion on rear, 4 pot willwoods with 260 mm discs on front, LSD I'd say a lot of it would be straight fit to Ka.
I'd say he doesn't know what he has there is about 12k of parts on it.

if you haven't already I'd be sourcing parts from racing puma to bump up the bhp unless your engine is from the racing puma?
all parts straight bolt on.

The engine in mine is a yamaha based all alloy engine I'm trying to source racing puma ecu, diff and cams also the inlet manifold that would leave it 155 bhp and very reliable I would be happy with that tbh as it's fairly fast around mondello as it is either that or swap to a 2.0 duratec from and st fiesta 2005 they are 150 bhp out of the box

You'd be better off with the racing puma upgraded parts, they are tried and tested and straight bolt on
There was a lot of money spent developing the racing puma engine I don't think you will do better any other route while staying NA
