Error P0130

Hey, yesterday, when I got my car up and running for quite a long time in garage, the engine started choking, and CEL came on. I checked what the error was it showed me this, according to

I have cleared the fault, so the CEL went off again, and car since I am driving it outside doesnt have that issue with choking any more... could that be only one time event becuse there was not enough oxygen in the garage(main door were open tho) or is it indication that something is failing?
