clutch problem

I'm having a problem with my clutch that after 20 mins or so driving, that it will get an almost instant bite, as in with the pedal out 20% the clutch is fully engaged, and the rest is pedal travel. But on shorter drives, it's perfectly normal. The clutch was only replaced 6 months ago (exedy) and the problem started maybe 2 months after that. Yesterday, while driving the pedal would stay on the floor with each gear change, and I would have to get my tow under it, so it would spring back out. Anyone have any ideas, as this has gone past annoying, and has gotten quite dangerous with the pedal sticking.

Mastercylinder or air in system maybe?

Defo an issue with the master cylinder or not bled correctly

Try bleed it first.

If still the same then its clutch slave cylinder.

Thanks lads. Cylinder repair kits any good, or better just replacing the part?

As the lads have said try bleeding it first see will it fix it . But if it was working fine before it could be the slave
