Upgrade Brakes on a B4 Leggy

I wanna upgrade the brakes on my 02 B4 Legacy, she has the standard brakes at the moment. I would like to get better callipers and Discs but wouldn't know where to start. Also, need to replace speakers as two are crackling.
Any ideas on both the above would be great!

What's your budget for the brakes ?

Usually for the front Subaru 4 pots(not Brembos ) do the job , use the same size discs as you have already which are late classic Sti 294mm (despite what motor factors and online have listed )

The rears use 290mm discs the same as 02 wrx (bugeye)

Upgrade pads discs all round

Rsr trading on here are doing everything you need

4 pots just bolt straight on to the front
