Classic differences - saloon vs wagon

Just wondering if anyone can tell me if there's much difference between the two besides the obvious? For example will the rear lights from a saloon fit the wagon? Rear doors? Rear windows? Door cards? Rear seats?

I'm quite liking the cleaner look of the rear STI lights but there's a huge difference in price on eBay even though they look quite similar, so I'm just wondering if the actually are different and hence the price gap.
