Camshaft Position Sensor

Hi everyone,

Having a bit of trouble with my 02 b4 Legacy. Engine light came on and code read Camshaft position sensor. Changed it with part I got from local motor factor and didn't reset and also at times giving an injector sensor problem.
Anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing the trouble??
She still runs but hasn't a great idle and if lights on or elec windows used then she goes to shite and sometimes cuts out.
 
Not yet, doing it tomorrow or Friday hopefully. I'll post here how I get on with it. Should fix it, just said I'd see who else had this fault/problem before

Fixed, at last. The alternator was goosed!! Running perfect now with reconditioned alternator and new battery

So it was the alternator in the end???
