Gear box oil change 04 blob

With the help from a friend and his lift got a few bits done over the weekend, oil and filter, diff oil. Was looking at gear box oil change, just decided to double check first, seen the bung and the dipstick is it as straight forward as this empty and fill through the dipstick or is there any trick to it cheers,

I did it through the dipstick using a long neck funnel like this one in halfords.

If you have time you can take off the intercooler which makes life a bit easier and you can use a regular funnel. I did mine last weekend. Simples.
