Mine acting up since start of wk, with cloud not working and ringing people with out me using it
Have reset the phone,and phone still acting up
Have left it in to phone shop to be sent off to Samsung for repair
The phone only 3months old and hasn't been dropped

gone is the era when a phone was what it said on the tin can be very frustrating when they go wrong
