So ive had a play about with the diff springs that I recently got from forge
So I had the green spring in (no shims) and was very happy with it for me feels like the the turbo spools quicker and is more responsive from low revs pick up however in the second run over the mountain(bnk holl run) I got it in my head that it was leaking boost as boost needle was flying up to a indicated 1.3 bar quicker than normal on the lamco (I know the gauges are not extremely accurate)
Also with the green it was dumping very aggressively all the time under those driving conditions
I swaped up to the yellow spring (no shims)
And to me car feels less responsive at low revs am I imagining it? Is there any reason this could be happening?
Is it better to have the tougher spring in?
Can anyone make heads or tales of forge explanation of the diff spring rates (they dont seem to relate to the psi boost pressure wtf)...
My car mapped to 1.2 bar so 17.4 psi....
