low boost on the RS

Where would I start on a diy fumble under the bonnet?
I got a bluetooth obd and torque pro, not faults found, but boost only
got to 14.9psi which is only a smidge over standard
it has a bluefin map and fmic and straight through etc. Thought it should have been
nearer the 22psi aprox

Have you had it in ford for any work? Have heard some work Ford do needs the ECU reflashed and the blue finch gets wiped. Hopefully the Torque didn't wipe it when you connected it.

Have you a boost gauge to see if it's holding steady once it reaches 15psi?

No work done on it in ages. Just noticed it not as aggressive as usual.
It's only peaking at 14.9psi.
The torque app can't alter the boost settings, only display and monitor.

I've the same app but it should warn that scanning and clearing fault codes can sometimes reset the ECU and torque app developers are not responsible.

If boost is building and holding steady once it peaks it could be the map. The usual of following all vacuum lines etc is where I'd start.

It's like this before I got or installed the app. I'll check the hoses, vacuum, and DV and make sure they are all secure etc. might be the map.

If there's ant of the plastic T connectors(or whatever they're called) check them had a slight crack in mine before hard enough to spot. Only couple quid in motor factors
