Classic questions

Right lads have a 00 gc8 wrx which is completely standard. I was given an sti inter cooler and I'm wondering is it bolt the old one off and the new one on.
Second question
Is there a gasket between the down pipe and the mid section of the exhaust. Mine has developed a tiny blow at the join and it's doing my nut in.

Think if its a Sti intercooler off a 99-00 with brackets it's a straight fit.

The gasket is a cone gasket about 25 euro or 30 from Subaru , its reusable but can get damaged when changing downpipes

On a classic. A STi top mount is not an upgrade. No benifit.
