speedo conversion and delimiting help

Hi all,

im having trouble converting the speedo from kph into mph and also having problems understanding the delimiter on my impreza wrx version 1

here are the original clocks when i bought the car the owner said he installed these dials that goes to 120mph but had a limiter at 112mph



there are the new dials that go up to 1280mph i aslo fitted a converter on the speedo cable to the back of the clocks now the speedo needle is floating around all over the place... ive also bought a converter that connects to the gearbox put havent fitted yet
