Legacy be5 b4 rsk. oxygen sensor

Oxygen sensor gone in the legacy! the front one, to the bottom front right of the engine (as you stand in front of the car)

priced it with subaru and they want nearly 500 euro for it, which is absolute extortion! he also added that he hasnt sold one in 4 years.

will the bosch universal sensors do the job,
2 black wires (heated) and a blue wire and white wire
on the bosch ones the 2 black are the non-heated ones ( just going by what my mechanic told me)
will this work all the same??? or does it have to be a genuine subaru sensor? any info welcome cheers

If yours is a rev d you can get a denso one on ebay way cheaper. Put one in mine 18 months ago and not a bother on it.

If you type in this code into ebay 300638809239 it'll pop up. It's listed for foresters and Imprezas but part number is correct for leggys too. That's what I fitted and she'd all good. Much better than 500 lids!!
