Can Anybody help me?!!

Right lads, i'm in a bit of a pickle.
Got a set of crystal fogs at the weekend.
Wires were already there for them in behind the front bumper. Connected em up and fitted the lights (no rocket science there)
The lights dont come on and there is no switch for them in the car.
I found 2 connectors for switchs in behind the blanks to the left hand side of the steering, one brown, one grey.
Thinking one of these HAD to be for a switch I went crossing the wires to see but no joy. Just some blown fuses!!

Can anyone tell me where the wires lead to from the fogs?
short of stripping out the interior, i cant think of anything else??

its the blanks on the right
and theres probably no relay
or fuse thats a guess but i know
my imp insideout a 98

not sure if it helps, but my lights come on when you press the fog switch, cos its a jap import there is no fog light or something, thats how mine work
