B4 Dump Valves

Just wondering what the general consensus is re Atmospheric and Recirc Dump valves on the B4 Legacy? There's a (Fake i'd say) HKS SQ on mine but looking around on the net it seems the Recirc is the way to keep it?
Is it true a Recirc from a 99-01 WRX will fit onto the I/C?
