Loss of power

The wagon lost power on my way into work today.
It would still drive but no matter what gear I tried, I couldn't get above 55kph.
It now idles at 3-3,500 revs and it doesn't matter if I hit the accelerator or not.

It's an 07 Rx, does it have a throttle cable or is it drive by wire??

CEL light on alright, but it's on because of that secondary air valve problem anyway...

I brought it to Couture Auto a few weeks back to get it sorted but the ECU couldn't be read so the lads couldn't do anything with the car. I'm to go up again for them to give it another go with a different computer but I didn't get a chance yet.

I rang Gareth Burke from DRD Motorsport this evening and he's going to take a look at it. He's only about 6 miles from me so it won't be too far for me to limp over to him. Hopefully, he will be able to do something with it. We crawled home this evening and it was fairly jumpy on the backroad home. When I got home it wasn't idling evenly at all, jumping between 900 and 1200.
