06 Sti plugs

Well lads just wondering my brother wants to put plugs in his 06. Sti 2.5 and I said I'd ask what lads with them would recommend for it it's an ozzy car but would be similar to type uk

Hi, recently put NGK ILFR7H into mine on recommendation from Bob Rawle for mapping (one grade colder).

If your brother's on is standard you'd need the ILFR6B ...AFAIK

It is standard atm but will be getting decat exhaust system and map in the near future

I'd get the 7s dec and regap them to 6
