So I bought some IronX, a big ass microfibre drying towel and some Tardis off the chaps in Cleancar.ie.
Here's the results of the IronX. I snow foamed the car first and let it sit for 10 mins. Rinsed. Let the heavy water drain off. While still wet I sprayed on the IronX. On the bottle it says to do one panel at a time but I figured it's PH neutral, nothing aggressive so was no harm in letting it dwell. I sprayed the whole car and let it sit on each panel for the time it took me to come back to where I started. I then did the wheels and then started rinsing panel by panel.
My reason for the IronX was even with a good hot foam there was still crap bedded in to the paint and I've yet to try a clay bar and polishing takes prep time and then the time to do it.
Here's it in action and the results.
I'm not going to rate the Tardis just yet as where I was using it had a nasty breeze so I couldn't apply it properly from the mist spray but in saying that it took off an awful lot of tree sap/tar/residue from just spraying and rinsing panel by panel as opposed to the suggested method of spray/sit/wipe/rinse.
Tree Sap Before.
IronX during.
Aaaaaaaand I've just realised I forgot to take the after pictures.
