low boost

Federal

Petrolheads
bad thing happens :ponder2:
yesterday was going into work and wrx decided dont boost more than 0.5bar. its going up to .5 in all gears and keep steady.
before in was going up to around 1.0bar :ponder2: bit too much? and gauge needle was bit jumping roughly from 0.95 up to 1.05bar.
car standard except prodrive back box, silicone hose from turbo to intercooler and k&n panel filter

what could be wrong? of course will check at first vacuum lines. where else look?

Boost solenoid would be the next thing man, any fault codes?

best to bring it to one off the traders then
id imagine there are several things it could be
wonder if it is in limp mode

looks like was one vacuum line bad. no error on ecu

but now boosting around 1.0bar. bit too much? standard should be 0.8bar?

Standard is 0.9bar

But cannot always believe what a gauge says
