Tried WD 40, lump hammer, sledge hammer, heat etc... and no way can I separate the drive from the hub :badday:

Splines seem to be seized solid on drivers side.

Any hints or tips before I remove complete hub + drive assembly + hop it of the bonnet :angry1:

Cheers, Dave.

P.S Changed passenger side which popped out with a gentle tap of a hammer. Head Wrecked!!

I took it for a drive with the nut loosened and all it did was loosen the wheel bearing. The whole assembly was moving but the hub and drive splines were still seized. I'll soak it overnight and try the figure of 8 tomorrow. Failing that I'll have to remove the hub and drive complete and get it pressed out.

And here I thought I'd have it done in an hour !!
