Fuel pipe leak

I fitted a hrc fuel pump a while ago to my b4, after a few weeks I noticed a fuel leak, it was from the pipe that connects both halves of tank together. I got hose clips with the kit , but didn't know what to do with them when I originally fitted pump, so on they went.
But I'm still having a small weep from where the clip is?

Has anyone had a similar problem? How did u solve it?
I was going to try a new pipe first

is there a tear in the pipe or is the bore of the pipe bigger that the pump pipe mark . bad jubliee clips be my guess try a good jubliee clip should do it i'd say
