No air from vents? 02 focus.

Herself just rang me there and she got into her car there after work, turned the heaters on to defrost the car and nothing happened, no air coming out? It's a 2002 ford focus.
Anybody know why and how this can be sorted?
 
It was making a random intermittent noise recently, sounded to me like a dead leaf caught in the vent if that narrows it down!
 
Nice one Robbie, knew he was a mechanic alright but didn't know for who, ill PM him tomorrow if he doesn't see this first!
 
motors can give trouble on them, behind glove box. also the reostat is just too the right, if its the stat it should still work on the high setting.
 
Thanks lads, think its the motor, not gettin air on any setting, no sound of anything when air turned to any setting, hot/cold/high/low etc!
