knocking noise front axle of a b4

I'm getting a knocking noise from the front passenger side wheel on my B4 legacy. Generally hear it when I'm giving her a bit of loud pedal, or if I'm accelerating out of a roundabout. Figured it was a wheel bearing so replaced it, but sound is still there. Cv joint???

as above, drop link, then also, anti rollbar bush, ball joint on the wishbone, worst case it could be the Billstein strut,

have you jacked the car us and felt for movement in the wheel??

mine field, i have a slight knock on my drivers side strut and cant locate it, none of the above

Yeah, had her up on a lift, rotating wheels, pulling out of everything, but it was all solid. Because the noise gebrally appeared under acceleration, etc figured it must be a bearing. The old bearing was definitely worn but not that badly so I dunno.
