fault codes 12 + 22?

i got an engine check light so went ahead and done the back plug test got codes 12 + 22?

22 = knock senor / right just change the knock senor

12 = starter circuit / well just dont know what to do with this one?? :wall: any1 else come across this one before?

just replace the knock senor so, any idea of one to go for? subaru one's don't seem to last, maybe there's one out there that's deemed itself better then standard. booch or something??
 
Subaru ones last perfectly fine for approx 8-9 years on average of what i have seen.


So i recommend "Genuine Subaru"
