Steering very light

Hey there, just bought my 03 sti. Wondered if anyone can answer my questions;
Its the 305 bhp subaru, there are gold stickers on the rear spoiler '305bhp prodrive' does this come standard or has it been put on by the previous owner?
The steering seems very light, can this be tightened up in anyway?
What mods can I do to increase the bhp slightly?

It probably has a Prodrive performance pack which will bring it up to 305BHP. Not sure how they run on our fuel though If you wanna increase the horse power it will mean a remap aswell with what ever mods you go for €€€
