Boost problem only in 2nd tho!

My B4 has started to act the maggot and not boost properly. the past couple of days i have notice it is not boosting in the secondary in 2nd gear. it pulls fine in 3rd 4th 5th but 1st and second arent as strong. it only boosts to .5 the whole way through. i put this up in uklegacy and der not to sure. has anyone here any idea wats up? cheers

What does it actually boost to in 3rd, 4th and 5th?

.6 then upto 1.2 ish in all the gears. i was out in it der and it was workin fine..its really strange. but it has been happenin more often in the past couple of days!

Could it be a possible maf issue starting to show itself?

What does it boost to on the primary before changeover?

[/quote] Its boosting at .6 i cant get a proper look my eyes are on the road. but the primary is ok its just the secondary

That car always made .9 primary

I seek to be getting. 75 primary then drops off and up to 1.15 ,whats standard boost on these?

quite strange ha ha ,im going mapping next week im just unsure what to set the boost at, i seen ron had 1.5 bar but that seems excessive to me but what do i know ha

Got it bak from the garage yesterday everything checked over and its fine. and drove it today and everything is boosting as normal so i duno wat it was!! happy days

With mapping go for 1bar primary and 1.3 secondary. Should see you around the 310 mark safely
