temp gauge

Any one ever have their temp gauge get stuck? mine is just under the  quarter mark and isnt movin? is this more than likley a fault with the actual gauge heard if it is electrical the gauge would more than likely just shoot up to the red even without the engine being hot! :shock:

Tap the dash pod and see does it move. If not, disconnect the sender unit and see what happens. Does it stay at the quarter mark when the car is off.

yea it doesn't move at all, stays at the quarter mark, must check it for power but if it wasn't getting it would suerly not stay where it is now! just never heard of one getting stuck b4 then again there is a first time for everything! :?
