I need to get a a air filter thas has 3" outlet for use with the cold air intake kit i got for use with my front mount, was looking at k+n filter, there is different shapes etc, would a cone one be better than a cylindrical one for example, or just best off putting the biggest filter possible in the given space. will having the filter sit lower down with longer pipework have any negative affects to perfomance?
