A/F ecu pin

Hi Im after picking up a apexi turbo timer that has an auto time function that goes on the lambda reading.

Im wondering if anyone could point me towards a wiring diagram that shows pinouts for the ecu?

Also which would be the best sensor to tap into, front or rear lambda?
