Marks on interior doors

I have these marks on the interior door grips,looks like mould or dirt nearly but i think its just from all the wear and tear.I was told that most Scoobys get it.Any one have any ideas how to get it off?It just doesnt scrub off and it looks horrible.Thanks.

Have the same problem. mine aint ripped just sorta bubbling. only on drivers door
