Wiper problems!!

Hi lads,
I've got a 2003 legacy b4, the wipers are falling off the windscreen, so took the whole assembly out and saw that one of the bushings and the plastic white cap are wrecked.

Quoted about €400 for new assembly, can't find bush or cap anywhere.
Anybody else have this problem?
Really need this fixed before the weekend!

Thanks for that duffman but I'm trying to avoid the problem happening again. It's hard to see condition of bush and cap without taking them apart and there's no telling how long a part from a breakers will last.
Was just wondering how other people solved the problem.
