Does anyone know roughly what mileage you should get out of 40L of petrol in a 1.6 impreza im getting at the moment around 250 miles for 40L and thought thats it was fairly bad but im not sure what there ment to get

1.6 ,s are a pig on the juice you would get better mpg in a sti of boost

250 is quite good going lad , the combination of heavy 4wd system on a heavy enough body was never going to be great coupled to a 1.6 lump . think my 2.5 is easier on juice than the 1.6 i had 6 years ago

went i moved up from my 05 1.6 to a 05 WRX Prodrive last year i was using less petrol! i was shocked

Insurance is the only problem with the sti , well road tax aint funny either

Thats the same kinda mileage i get out of my STI which happens to be for sale
