Hose leak on turbo

Lads CEL came on on tuesday for a couple of seconds and went off felt no difference from the car so just took it easy rest of the week and didnt come back on.
Yesterday after arriving in work got a call from one of the lads to say there was a leak under the car
After checking the engine i realised there was water squirting outa the hose that conects to the turbo there is a hole just above the slip that secures it.i reckon its a water feed or return hose.
I opened what i think is a water tank (one beside maf)and it was boiling after it cooled down there was hardly any water in it but coolent is still full.
Can you get a replacement hose from a motor factors?
Whats the chances i have damaged the turbo?
I crawled home from work after topping it up and putting some insulating tape around it and it hadnt leaked much.

Found out today its a 10 mm hose i need
anybody know where i can get one or even somwhere factorys or motorfactors etc
Tried a few motorfactors and no joy.
Havnt drove since friday

Ill have a look in work tomorrow Billy
if I do ill get some and drop it over to you tomorrow evening
have some pipe on rolls in work just not sure what size
if not maybe city auto spares have it
if so they deliver to my work every day
get it sent to me and ill bring it up to you
