drum breaks to disc?

i have a 97 impreza 1.6 fwd and it has drums on the back. is there any way of fiting disc breaks? and what breaks will fit the front?
 
it can be done but there is a lot of work involved....

i was thinking bout doin this to my old 1.6...

not really worth the effort...
 
what is involved? is there anyway a wrx or sti rear subframe would bolt to the 1.6 shell?
 
is it a bolt on job or do u have to modify alot of parts? im shure thers someone on here that can tell me how it can be done
 
puttin discs on the back is grand just get newage rear hubs wrx not sti u wouldnt need to touch the subframe!
