T-bolt hose clamps

you could try all metal fasteners or tucks fasteners.......both are in finglas, but might have a branch elsewhere nearer to ye
 
Dan im just thinking here, would the T-clamp be too wide to fit well on the turbo to i/c pipe? just thinking of the short pipework on the intercooler, those clamps are probably double the width of the standard ones
