Removal of dash

About the only part of the interior i havent removed in the past.

Anyone any ideas/pointers where to start.

1. Disconnect battery.Black/red or both
2. remove fuse for airbag.Wheres this in engin bay or under steeringwheel.
3. received for clifford for movement sensor.Hopefully just bolt/clip holding into dash.

Recon once i have glove box and centre consol removed its ust bolts to be removed??

I'd avoid doing this unless completely necessary. I avoided removing mine for welding in of new chassis leg and rail support, by just removing carpets... parts of the loom and the sound deadening. It's a fu*king nightmare job :angry1: and you can be sure it'll never go back together quite right leaving you with annoying rattles!

Two little holes in it from screen which last owner had installed.

So have purchased a new one along with a few other bits.If they ever arrive

theres a fella in navan who repaires holes and the likes in your das h .

maybe an idea .

what have you got up your sleeve carlo :ponder: :ponder:
 
its not dat hard u just have to be very methodical lay it all out as u remove it with the bolts itl take a few hours and while ur at the dash remove the sound deadning its surprisingly heavy and as always disconnect the battery while ur at the electrics goood luck :thumbsup: and cheers mac!
