Can any one help me out here please.

Im looking at a set of STI clocks for my 05 blobeye but mine is 1.6 TS.
Does anyone know if those clocks will work in my car or did anyone ever do this before.....

Need to know ASAP
 
The only issue I can see you Havin is that the abs light will stay on. Due to wiring change in 05 onwards to da abs to da clocks. So abs on = ok. Abs off = problem. So I think u will have to pit black tape over it.

I'm 99% sure of this as these as 04 sti clocks.
 
oh dats great :thumbsup: cz subaru said that they'd have to b programmed!!! but perhaps there wrong!! :lol:
 
no i think its wrong..

on 04 and older models... when the abs fault light gets power the light comes on - meaning there is a fault with your ABS

But in this cause the 05+ the ABS fault line has constant power instead = everything is ok, so when power goes off - there is a fault and then the ABS light comes on.


Basically The polarities are reversed!

so i am right - great... so if you get the clocks off me man you will have to tape up da abs light and will also cause probs with NCT
