how to turn off engine light..

wats up,just wondering how i can turn off my engine light in my95wrx wagon.it came on when my fuel pump went ,got it sorted and light still on,is there a easy way to reset it?thanks

You 100% sure there are no other issues?
Realistically the engine light should only come on if there is a present fault!

You canreset the ecuand see if it comes up with fault again!

I suggest may e getting diagnostics done
Orconnect the blocks under the dash and doin a self diagnostics if you know what your at!

You need to reset the ecu in order to clear the fault as far as i'm aware. You should be able do this by disconnecting the battery for 30mins or so
