roof vent leaking

Can new rubber seals be bought? water dripping down onto my DCCD wheel.

my roof vent was leaking a while ago. I just bent the bracket a little bit and its oxo now

Did you watch that repeat with the Lotus Esprit yesterday too?? :lol: :lol:
 
Mine was leaking too, took off rubber small bead of silicone into rubber , replaced all ok no leaks

Not sure what you mean fenster? You injected silicone into the rubber seal to "enhance" them so it sealed better?

Here's what I've got anyway. You can see the wet roof lining on the right.

would have recommended the same thing..
a bit of silicone can fix anything lol
 
same as mine Andy ,
if you take off the rubber altogether you will see where the metal of the roof sits into it , just a small bit of silicone all the way around
this part and it will seal it when you replace the rubber, I say a small bit so it does not squeeze out onto the paint .
