Just wondering are subarus generally smokey when started fist thing in the day?? White smoke

my legacy is aswell but once she warms up its grand...my old wrx was the same...

Same, give the engine time to warm up and she should b fine.

Sorry guys - this "White smoke" you talking about - is that caused by the warmth of the air coming out of the exhaust on a cold day...??  Or is this something completely different...??

not just on a cold day. once the engine is cold it smokes a littlee but stops when warm
