head bolt torque settings

a mate of mine got a complete engine set for his wrx a while back and hes been rebuilding it for the last while but he's at the stage where he's ready to put on the heads and he's either lost the sheet with the settings or they didn't come with the set so i said I'd ask here

any help appreciated thanks

oh and they're steel gaskets is why i don't just get a haynes settings for him!
and I don't have the thickness of them at the mo but I'll find out!

Wat head bolts? Standard?

yeah standard head bolts dave but he got it sorted and rattled er 5 mins up the road!
