Have heard about new D2 coilovers knocking before, must be some sort of defect, not sure of a solution,
id be bringing them back for k sport., there afaik made by the same company but dont think they have the
same problem :thumbsup:

As already said, common problem on D2`s. (Just do a google search to hear the horror stories)
 
This noise happens a lot on coilovers... it's the spring binding under full lock and then realising making a knock noise as its trying to turn in the perches when you turn at low speeds. Grease the spring perches or get a torrington bearing. Silver ring on on gold housing below shows a torrington bearing whcih the spring sits on to prevent binding on full lock.
