Right lads,

I want to try and mod my car to get some power gains. I know I need to remap so we wont mention that. I'm thinking uprating the fuel pump and injectors and putting in a decat. Can anybody advice good but not overly expensive bits and pieces, Or can other members tell me what they've done and how much it cost? :dunno:

I got a new pump didnt make much of a difference without a fuel regulator

so decated it and that made a big difference (prob all in my head)

my advice would be to do the 3 of these first and see what you think befor you hand over all your money :thumbsup:
 
def go for de-cat,and fuel pump,but no matter what you do,to get proper gains you will need a re-map...your injectors are good for 350 i think,so leave them... :dunno:
 
As said above de-cat its a bit of a pain at nct time but well worth the hassel.
You can get a sport's cat it will pass the nct just less hassel. :thumbsup:
 
Decat and map is one of the best gains, Need a fuel pump and you should get away without a regulator but id prob still fit one for safety.

your injectors are 440's so don't worry bout that..........
