guys

its come about that time when i need to fit new brake pads to the car but im lookin to get a good set of street preformance pads (dont want comp pads take to long to warm up before they work) and also discs for a classic shape. Dose anyone know a good make to go for?????

Hi Joe,

Check out some Mintex pad, 11/44 are fast road/track, no speak and good stopping power, should get them from any motor factors or GT performance.

I fitted Mintex Disc's, pads and changed brake fluid to DOT 5.1
on my TypeR. It was great much better but recently i have changed
the pads to Ferodo .....................there excellent !!!! more expensive
but you get what you pay for.

Pagid blues - expensive but last for ages & great stopping power from cold .
