Rattling heat shields

Right I have the engine out of my car atm Im rebuild it and I noticed the heat shields have come detatched on parts of the exhaust manifold ( which was the cause of a lot of noise in the car ) What would be the best thing to do : 1. Tack weld them back on? 2. Remove them completely and wrap the mani with heat wrap?

I removed mine on the type-r and didn't bother heat wrapping the headers :thumbsup:
