Baileys vs HKS BOV

Aaron

Petrolheads
I have a Baileys BOV and over the last month a few people i know have been telling me to change it to the HKS Version as the Baileys can leak or something and i will lose boost.

I dont have a boost gauge so i couldnt tell you what im boosting at anyways..

The thing is i like the sound off the Baileys and i dont know if these guys know what they are taking about..

so i bring the question to here...

is the above statement true or not and should i change my BOV to a HKS..

thanks

i have heard the HKS ones a very prone to leak to under load,

Forge BOV are supposed to be up there with the best of them

I've had a Blitz and Forge and both leaked boost. Have had HKS SSQV on my last 3 cars with no problems.

how do you know if it leaks? guess when i get my boost gauge, put the orginal value back on and see what it boosts too and then but the dump value back on and see what it does?!?!?!
