Rear shocks

I have a knock coming from the back of my 03sti, local mecanic thinks its the shocks,
what sort should of shocks would anyone recomend? :dontknow:
 
it could be just them knocking, common fault . I got grease nipples put in mine and that solved the problem. EricRX put a post on how to regrease sti shocks there lately too :thumbsup:
 
i think i may have this problem... that sound like something is moving around in the boot ive had it for months.

I also have bushing issues right now, so if the noise is still there after they are replaced im gonna give this a try :thumbsup:
 
I think I may have this problem too. Sometimes it gives the feeling that the tyres are like rocks but I think it's the shocks and not the tyres.
 
i get the droplinks and bushes done next week 1st..also thinkin of just getting to just regrease them while he has the car.. well do tip 1 just spray it on and see how it goes.
